Domestic calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Items $50.00 and over, in the U.S., and are shipped using Economy rate, will receive free shipping. All other items are subject to the estimated costs, listed below, based on the weight of the item and method of shipping.

    Items that are out-of-stock in the USA warehouse may be sent from our China warehouse, which can take 8-14 business days.

    Some items from our U.S. warehouses only can ship to U.S. local addresses and cannot ship to Canada, AU, U.K., etc. If you order an item to a country we cannot ship to, we will inform you ASAP and provide a full refund!

    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Averotek is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven't received your order within the estimated time provided for receiving your shipping, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    We do not ship to PO Boxes or Virtual Addresses. You must have a valid Address.

    Local Pickups:

    We do not allow local pickups from any warehouses locations.


    Damaged Items

    In the event that your order arrives damaged, in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
