If you are reading this, then you are considering shopping with us, and for that we thank you! Or you purchased something that you are considering returning, and for which we would like to thank you for shopping at Averotek!

As part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee and our no-hassle returns pledge, we will do everything possible to make this as painless as possible for you! After all, nothing makes us happier than delivering on our promises to do our very best to deliver on our values of providing exceptional service and excellent products. So, if anything is wrong with your item, we will make it right!

If you do have a problem, though, we encourage you to reach out to us via email at support@averotek.com or call us at (844) 283-7685 before returning a product, so we can provide you with the exceptional service you deserve.

With that said, you may need to know a few things. 

 

Returns

You may cancel your order at any time prior to fulfillment.

If you want to return your item(s), you have 15 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.

To be eligible to return your item(s) for a full refund and free shipping, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging, and have been defective through no fault of your own or were shipped the wrong item(s).

If the item(s) are non-defective and unopened you will receive 85% of the purchase price, minus any shipping. Opened item(s) are subject to receiving 75% of the purchase price, minus any shipping. 

All other item(s) not in original condition, damaged or missing accessories, boxing etc. will be subject to receiving 50% of the purchase price, minus shipping.

When you're ready to return something, you can use our automated return center. You only need to provide your email or phone number and your order number to start the return process.

To return an item from the return centers, you need will need to provide which item you would like to return and the reason for the return, and any additional information required. 

Once submitted, all returns are subject to approval. All items shall be returned via US Mail to:

Shipping fees are subject to our return shipping policy, listed below. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that your return was received. After we inspect the return, which can take 1-3 business days, we will immediately inform you of your return and refund status. While you're waiting, If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@averotek.com. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method), minus any restocking fees, if applicable.

You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

 

Shipping

If you're approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund, unless the return results from our error, such as a defective item, then we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
