How long does it take to ship?
Most items ship within 1-3 days, although some items can take 1-2 weeks to ship, once your order is processed. Order processing can add a few additional days, from the time you place your order to the time it ships. 

Also, its possible there could be delays in processing and shipping, which are out of our control, due to increases in Covid outbreaks.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
 Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or weather or UPS, FEDEX, or postal service problems that are outside of your control, and may cause a delay in shipping.

We offer international shipping worldwide, unless excluded below. Countries we don’t ship to: 

At this time, we do not ship to: Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Greece, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Lanka, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Morocco, Norway, Pakistan, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Slovakia, Sri, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam. 

International calculated shipping rates: 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 

Averotek is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 How do I check the status of my order?
 When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 If you haven’t received your order within 4 - 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@averotek.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 Shipping to P.O. boxes:
 We do not ship to PO Boxes. You must have a valid Address.

Refunds and Returns

Whats your refund policy for returns?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. Shipping If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
